Eastern Caribbean with young kids

Ports are St. Kitts, Antigua and Tortola. Anyone have recommendations for excursions with 5-year-olds? Disney-run or other is fine. Thanks!

In St Kitts, the Marriott will let you purchase a day pass which gives you access the their beach and pools. You can grab a taxi from the port to the resort.
