Hello - wondering if anyone knows much about Lazy Lizard Beach Bar & Grill at Phillipsburg, St Maarten?

I was wondering what the atmosphere is like? Good Food? Service? Is this on the beach? and lastly if on the beach can you get stuff like beach chairs and tables from them?
