Tink, I've updated all my info on the Yahoo group for the FE exchange, but we still have not be assigned a cabin number. We paid in full a few weeks ago, so I thought we would have it by now. I'm not sure what is taking so long, but I'll get it to you as soon as I have it.

As for the room number, Fret Not, I am not dividing sub groups based on location, so even if they wait until you check in, it will not be a problem.
As a matter of fact, this goes out to everyone waiting for a guarantee assignment, and those hoping for a pixiedust

if their is a last minute room assignment, there are 3 ways to make sure you still get your FE's.
1. I will have a dry erase board out side my cabin. Any message that you want to get to the entire group can be posted there. (so everyone make sure to have my cabin number on hand)
2. We all will have wave phones. If you bring the FE list with cabin numbers on it, you can call those in your group to let them know your cabin number changed...If you think calling the whole group is going to be time consuming, I plan to get a phone tree organized before we set sail.
3. You will have all of the cabin numbers for the others in your sub group (or if you would like, I can supply you with all the cabin numbers I have), and you can make a quick run around the ship, and drop notes in the Fish Extenders letting your sub group members know that you have moved....Quick thought, maybe if you think this is something you may do, or have a need for, you could pre print "We have moved cards" (kind of like the ones you would send out when you move from one home to another) and leave a blank space to write the new cabin number in. That would save you a ton of time in handwriting out notes. If anyone is interested, let me know, and I will mess around with our group picture and see if I can create a template to share with anyone wanting to print some up.
