Eastern Caribbean excursions recommendations with a one year old?

Hi guys. Does anyone have any recommendations on any excursions I can do with my one year old? I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to book any with him or if I should just plan on hanging out at the beach instead. If there aren't any good one to bring my little guy on I might just pick one excursion to do and have my parents babysit for that one.

I've heard Maegan's Beach is very nice on St. Thomas, and we plan on taking our one year old there in May. I'm not sure about Tortola.
