Easter2005:newbie question

Hello everyone, new purchaser to DVC (SSR), and was wondering if I should be booking next Easter today(day by day), or do I have a couple of days to book the entire week at once. We will probably need a Stuido. Thanks for opinions

I'm doing that now for the standard view at BWV. It is packed during Easter.

IMHO, one call would do it for Easter at SSR if you call at the 11 month mark.

Jx3smom wants a standard view room (very limited supply and very popular due to lower point cost) at BWV. Those who want a standard (or a guaranteed Boardwalk) view at BWV for most any dates need to call day by day to be assured of getting what they want without the stress of a waitlist.

I am also calling day to day to book a SV at BWV for next Easter. Member Services told me its a good idea to do that because its a popular time. You could call and ask them if they think you should call day-by-day. Once I didn't call until 3:00 pm, and they only had one SV left.
Next year, Easter is March 27, and this is right in the middle of spring break time. I'm assuming it will be packed.

You should be able to get your reservation by calling on the 11th month mark from you check out date. BWV people have this special problems with certain views costing more or certain studios, a situation DVC I am sure is regreting, but you do not, so just call on the last day. Now if 4 days were to fall and your 5th falls on a Saturday at the 11 month mark you may want to make 2 calls first for the first 4 days and then on Monday for the final day. They will very soon be out-building their memberships needs over at SSR and have a surplus that they will be looking rent out after 7 months or even to cash customers at the 2 month period.

Decided to book...Glad I did, because I also booked Whoop De Doo. I will call on Monday and add on the last 2 days, but at least the bulk is done. I am in the same boat as everyone else....I can't wait...
