Easter!

Just wondering, what is everyone who is celebrating planning on wearing to family meals:confused3

I have this brown and white dress my mom really wants me to wear but I think Im alittle too old to be wearing an easter dress. I also couldnt see myself wearing a dress all day, its not my style

We always go have dinner at my aunt's house and she is very strict that Easter is to be a more formal holiday dinner so all girls have to wear dresses. But, I'm wearing this one: http://store.delias.com/item.do?itemID=51049&categoryID=1827&sizeFilter=&colorFilter=&brandFilter=

And a red cardigan sweater exactly like the one in the picture the girl is wearing. Except it is red and from a different store.

very pretty:)

We have breakfast with my dad's family and thats a bit more formal so maybe Ill just wear the dress for that then change

After breakfast we spend the day with my moms family and their really casual, everybody pretty much wears jeans

My familys going on a pre Easter trip on Friday.
We're going to see my gramparents Saturday and color eggs!!!!
On Easter we will stay home and eat tons of candy.

I'm heading home this weekend and tonight we're having our annual Good Friday dinner with a bunch of the extended family.

Tomorrow I have to help set up the neighborhood egg hunt, and pass out candy. We're also going to dye eggs in the evening.

On Sunday I'm going to the sunrise service and then going to some friends house for blunch (breakfast for lunch :P) We're having egg cassarole, fruit salad and cinnamon rolls with mimosa's. :teeth:

Easter is ok I guess. I'm not a big fan of it much anymore. 5 years ago on Easter was the last time my WHOLE family(grandparents, parents, aunt&uncle, sibs, me and cousins) was together..a week later my uncle was killed in a car accident. So it's still kind of hard to deal with Easter seeing his 5 year anniversary approaching.

Also since we moved away from my family I don't get to see them anymore on Easter so that's hard too.

But normally the "Easter Bunny" hides eggs and baskets around my house and my brother, sister and I look for them. Then we have dinner and normally go to the Zoo(new tradition).

And this year I think my boyfriend's family is coming over for dinner. So we'll see how things go I guess.

I'm going to my Memere's for easter dinner at 2, but before that I'm going to my nephew's to hide easter eggs for him!

I'm excited to see him because I haven't seen him since Christmas.

I get to work all day. 12-8

so i guess my easter will include opening my basket at 9 or so. Eating something quickly. getting ready for work then serving drinks and popcorn all day. Woohoo...

Honestly I would rather be with my family in my nice dress and shoes eating lunch/dinner and helping the little ones find eggs. Maybe this year i will have someone to visit me at work.
