easter week

Just planned an impromptu trip arriving easter sunday late in the day...does anyone know someplace special to head for dinner that evening..any special events for that week...we are staying at the dolphin and we would love your advice so we could make some priority seatings...just myself and daughter 13

Okay, how weird is this............my neighbor just called me a few hours ago saying they are planning an impromptu trip over Easter also & are hoping to stay at the Dolphin. She said she called & they will give her the Entertainment Book rate.

Anyway, how about the California Grille at the Contemporary? If there are fireworks that night maybe you could time it so you can watch them.

Thanks for the suggestion...i have always wanted to see the view from there...but i am afraid my 13 yo taste may not be discriminating enough...
I have an idea...maybe i can meet your neighbors...lol

Spoodles at the Boardwalk is great. You can get appetizers or meals to share. My DS loved it last year(12) and it is a fun place. I read in my DVC newsletter than OKW has an easter egg hunt with an outrageous number of eggs. Don't know if any other resorts do. Have never been to any of the Dolphin/Swam rest. but they are worth looking into..you can see the menus at wdwig.com

Since it is less than a month away you might want to start calling now. I haven't been at Easter, but have heard it is VERY busy. If it's anything like Thanksgiving or Christmas, you might end up having to take whatever PS's they have left. Good luck!
