Easter Week

Hi all -

Anyone with experience at Universal during the week before Easter? We have only been once in summer of 2011. We went to IOA on Sunday after hearing that it is less crowded on these boards. We got there before opening and had no issues all day. Next day we went to US and again only waited for Simpsons.

We will not be staying on property and will not have express passes. Will it be crazy ridiculous if we arrive 30 minutes before opening to offsite guests? A friend of mine says she went once and it was a waste of a day so they only do Disney now. I have no idea when they arrived at the park though.

No, you'll be fine. It doesn't start getting "Crazy ridiculous" until 11a-12N. If you get to the parks during that time, or later (1pm) EVERYTHING will have a 60 minute wait...
