Easter Week at Swan/Dolphin

Has anyone stayed at the Swan/Dolphin during Easter week?
Wondering what they have for kids and for Easter dinner?

Going Easter 2006.

Yes, I did last year. It was wonderful. They have easter egg hunts all weekend. They have some easter activities around the pool area and have some kind of arts and crafts. Also, there is a FABULOUS brunch at Palios. It is reservation required and buffet style, but it is worth it. It is mainly Italian food, tons of pasta, olive, salads, pizzas, made to order omlettes, tons of desserts and excellent beverages. It is really worth checking out the menue on Allears from last year. It is kind of pricey and it is not a character meal, but the food is very good. Have a good trip!

I did it last year and there was lots of stuff to do for kids. I remember there were a lot of games and activities around the pool. I saw a lot of hula hoop contests and egg hunts. It looked like so much fun! They also had a dj playing music during the day.

I don't remember if they had a special dinner though

Do both! The hotel is a great way to spend the morning for egg hunts and afternoon for brunch more festivities. Then wander over to Epcot for the spring flowers around the World Showcase for photo ops and take in some of all the worlds. The movie in France is amazing even though it is really old. Then to Morocco and wander the streets and shops. Then Japan for the Drums or Candy Maker. -- If you have little ones, the Candy Maker is fabulous. She makes the most beautiful animals from soft sugar. Ask for a Humming Bird or a Dragon. She appears at different times, generally every hour or so, and be the first ones there. They are free and in really high demand once the other guest see what is going on. Then go to America and get you picture made with the Easter Bunny. Then go to Germany, shop around, buy some great chocolate. Then go to Norway, ride the cute boat ride. Just adventure. There is plenty to do at the hotel like swimming or Swan Boats, but don't give up an entire day, go to the parks. Have a great time!

We stayed at the Dolphin 2003. It was wonderful!!! They had all sorts of activites for the children. We actually went ot MGM in the morning and the CM's were commenting on how dead it was! We had dinner at Le Cellier.. Wonderful time!

Thanks for the reply. How was the Le Celliar Restaurant? We were thinking of making reservations for dinner there. Did they have anything for Easter at MGM?
