Anyone else insane like us?
That's what worked in our schedule.
We will be arriving on April 12 and leaving April 17.
We plan to do 3 days in the parks. Any suggestions on what would be "the best" three days. We are thinking Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Any thoughts?

Are there any Easter activities at the parks?

Does Knott's Berry do anything special for Easter?

That's it for now.
Thanks!

The only Easter thing I've heard of is the Alice in Wonderland brunch at the DLH. It is $57 per adult and $14.50 per child.

I'll be there April 12-15 :cool1: I wouldn't pick Sunday because that's the day a lot of APers go-- many APs have black out dates on Saturdays. I would go with Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday as the top choices. The weekends will be the busiest because of locals. And it's going to be packed regardless-- this is the week of LA Unified's spring break from what I've heard. Can you do EE? Thursday and Saturday are EE days.

Wednesday is not an option because of our arrival time. Wouldn't leave much time for the park. When choosing between Saturday or Sunday what would you pick? Yes, we can do EE one day.

I would do EE on Thursday. Typically I would pick Sunday over Saturday, but I'm not sure how Easter effects the crowds.

we are just as crazy, but like you said its what works for us ! April 14-19 then off to visit DB in las vegas.

WOW $57 for adults at alice in wonderland at the DLH for brunch, that must be some brunch.

we have always eaten at cape mays at the BC at wdw for Easter, very reasonable. We have 4 adults & 1 child. I think we will have to skip the brunch. any other suggestions for Easter ?

If you're doing your EE day on Saturday, I would chose it over Sunday. Otherwise I think they may be about even; the extra crowds from EE might just about balance the extra AP crowds on Sundays.

Are you planning on doing DCA? If you're thinking you will, I would do EE/DL on Thursday (I may see you there), DL on Friday, and DCA on Saturday or Sunday.

One thing to keep in mind because the crowds might be especially bad-- if the park reaches capacity they can stop allowing people in, even for readmittance. So if it's super crazy, I would ask before leaving one park to hop. I'm not sure it will reach that point but I heard over Christmas it did. Crowd levels have just been really high due to all the 50th advertising.
