Easter-themed birthday parties

DD will turn 2 right around Easter and we want to have a small party that is Easter themed. I was thinking of giving the kids (all around 2-5 years old) a personalized basket and they could find Easter eggs filled with treats and candy. I'm also working on an appearance by the Easter bunny.

We will just serve a bunny cake and drinks, so no major meal. I'm planning on having the party the Saturday before Easter around 1-3 pm.

Any other cute ideas?

DollarTree is just packed with Easter decorations, helium balloons, and all manner of party favors and supplies. Instead of stuffing small eggs, I'd have each kid "decorate" their own goody bag and then you put the items in them while they are eating. As a place setting, buy a stuffed bunny for $1 and tie a ribbon with the guest's name on it. Ask them to find their place by looking for their name.
You'll find a ton a disney themed toys, art supplies, and the like there as well. DollarTree Rocks in our area

If you are REALLY brave, dying easter eggs if so fun for toddlers but be sure to put it on the invites and provide cover ups for clothes.

Spring outdoor toys like bubbles or sidewalk chalk are great for toddlers.

How sweet . My DD turns 2 the week before Easter. Happy Birthday to your little girl.

How about doing the bunny Hop ?
Pin the Tail on the bunny?
Don't forget rabbit ears instead of hats.
Ask locally if someone will come with baby chicks and bunnies for a minnie Petting Zoo.
