I'm sorry. It was not my intention to make others feel uncool.

It comes from a very poorly translated japanese game that was released in the US. It's kinda of a joke among the internet crowd.

Well I got it right away but I have two teen sons. But I am so cool that I was the one that first told my sons about "All your base" in Feb. 2001. We made our own t-shirts with All Your base Are belong to Us after looking around at all the teen stores and t-shirt stores with no luck. Everyone looked at us like we were crazy as the All your Base hadn't hit our town at the time.

Oh here's the transcript of the game:
