Easter, how bad?!

I am considering traveling to Disneyland the week after Easter, probably April 23-25.

This will be our first trip, it will be myself, the hub, and two boys aged 5 and 6.

I know it will be crowded, but how crowded? If we rope drop will we be able to enjoy ourselves? Is it like WDW over spring break?

I am hoping because we are going at the end of April the crowds will be slightly better.

Intereted in this anwer too. My son and I will be there April 22-26. Never been to DL, so it's all new to us. We've done WDW many times but not over Easter. We've done it Thanksgiving and Presidents week.

My son and I will be travelling to Disneyland from April 21-24. I have been there before in the past around that time. I have found it pretty busy but tolerable.
