Easter Dinner at US/IOA?

We might be staying on site at the Royal Pacfic next Easter.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice Easter dinner with the family?

I wonder if Mythos has a special Easter dinner.

If Mythos has an Easter menu, it will no doubt be the best value at Universal Orlando.

If you're looking for something "special" (i.e. if you're willing to pay big bucks), here are some thoughts:

Islands Dining Room at Royal Pacific. Excellent cuisine, with a Pacific/Asia flavor.

Delfino Riviera at Portofino Bay Hotel. Very elegant Italian palazzo atmosphere. A great choice for a romantic dinner.

Then, of course, there are the two Emeril's restaurants: the original in CityWalk and the new Tchoup Chop at RPR (not open yet). Reserve extra early for these.

Well, we don't have a special menu per se like our Thanksgiving or New Year's menu, but for the past 3 years Chef Mark has put me in charge of an Easter lamb shank special, so I assume it will be the same this year.
