where is everyone? are you all having trouble with very slow DIS too? yesterday was awful for me, seems to be better this morning

for a great WI tomorrow -- you are sooo close, can't you taste it?
it's not sooo difficult and tomorrow will be even easier! i have packed a sandwich for an early lunch at work before my TM workout and I take a usual breakfast for when i get there. gee, sounds like i just go to work to eat my meals huh? not really but it's a fairly low-key environment, thank goodness
My first weigh in is today, so hopefully there will be 1lb by my name tomorrow.

Soooooo today I need to be really good and stay within my daily WW points. I had even made a low point soup which I'll have for the rest of the week. Don't know what got into me. How I can be so good and on track, had a loss which should have motivated me more, and then lose control. I'm going to get some inspiration from all you great losers and exercisers here, and keep on track today!!
