I'm 3/4ths the way to Atlanta, and wanted to let you know that I checked my mail today, and yes there was a box waiting for me. Inside was a package from Wendy. I'm not sure of her Dis name, i'm guessing she's one of our New Exchangers *waves*. She sent me Her Favorites being: Hershy Minitures Jelly Beans and Chocolate Covered Marshmellow bunnies (One 0f MY favorites)

Thank you so much. These are coming in handy on the trip as I didn't pack any goodies. Anyway, I'll check in on the thread from time to time to see if my gals got theirs. I want to know their reactions! Have fun folks!

she got lot of good things:

Jolly Rancher soft candy crayons(2)
a slinky rabbit
2 candy filled eggs(starbursts/m&m's)
Stover solid rabbit
2 packs purple peeps
3 snicker eggs
and marshmellow egg and rabbits

There's still one more thing in the bag, It's burried in the grass, so be careful as it's fragile! But do look for it, it's a hidden Easter egg. The cute Fish is because you know Easter bunnies are so OVER DONE... I did Easter Fishies!

Glad you enjoied them. Don't worry about your first time, you'll get used to things, and every one is a bit different. I love putting the packages together!

Last post I was literaly running out the door. I got to go through it all and there is something for everyone in my house. (No fighting...yet)
(I am almost embarassed for what I sent to my fellow diser, but I followed instuctions )

So long as you sent the $5.00 worth of candy don't feel bad
As I said in the first post Extras are welcome but not necessary
some send extra goodies some don't
sometimes I do when i have stuff sometime i don't

The importart part is sending what the exchange is about

My first I didn't send any extras
now i try to throw in at least one or two extras

so long as you did the 5.00 worth you are fine

If you want to include extra's next time go ahead but don't feel bad

I would hate for someone to give up exchanging because of it

Everyone of us here was a first time exchanger at one time

I just checked my D/C status and they are still saying "accepted", not "delivered"! I mailed it on MONDAY! What in heaven's name are they doing?????

not a problem!!! you sent a great package and DD was very happy with it-but upset that I made her wait til Thursday afternoon to open it since we didn't get home til late on Wednesday to find it waiting Thanks again

New Exchangers, As the others have said, as long as you follow the rules, don't worry if you didn't put extras in or not. You're doing fine. But I guarntee you, exchanges are like potato chips, once you start, you just can't stop. They're also so much fun. The Dollar store becomes your friend! I hope you all have had fun with your current exhchanges, and will want to do more in the future, I know I was hooked!
