Does Disney do anything for the Easter holiday at any of the resorts, parks and/or restaurants? We are going April 5-10 with my 7 year old daughter and possibly her 5 year old cousin. I would love to know of any special events or activities that may be happening.

We will hopefully be there this coming Easter as well. I found some information on the Dis home page regarding activities at some of the resorts for last Easter. I would think they would be pretty similar for 2007. It listed some activities such as egg-decorating and candy hunts and pool parties. I'm sure once it gets closer, Disney will release more information.

We will also be spending Easter at the World (CSR), this is our third Easter there! A few suggestions;

If you have little ones (who still believe in the Easter Bunny) DO NOT forget some candy or stuffed animal for Easter morning! In our haste my DW and I forgot everything in 2004. The disappointment of our DD8 at the time was unbearable. She actually wanted to call her grandmother to check our house to make sure the Easter Bunny left something.

Check with the resort for activities. We visited friends at Fort Wilderness that year and they had a great egg hunt for all the children (kind of made up for forgetting the candy) and followed it up with a visit from Chip and Dale!

Ask mousekepping for towel animals. It's amazing how they can make a washcloth look like a duck, swan, bunny, etc. and it doesn't cost a thing.

See you in the Spring!
