Easter at Disneyland?

Hey there! We are planning a quick trip to Disneyland over Easter Weekend. Anyone have any suggestions for fun or "extra" things to do for this holiday while there? Also, any opinions on the Easter Brunch at the Disneyland Hotel? Thanks for any help

Spent Easter week there last year.....we went to the beach and left the parks behind for the day. We really enjoyed our day!
