Easiest Way to get to Ft. Wilderness from Swan?

Staying at the Swan and have 9:30 ressies at Hoop De Doo. What's the easiest way to get there? Go to Contemporary and take the launch over? How late does the launch run? To take a bus I would have to go to DTD and then transfer to Ft. Wilderness, right? Once we get to Ft. Wilderness, do we have to take some kind of "internal bus" to get to Pioneer Hall? After the show I understand there are buses that will take us back to our hotels. Is there one for the Swan or only "official" Disney hotels? Tx in advance.

Two options:

Take the bus to the Magic Kingdom, then the boat to Fort Wilderness
Take the boat to the Studios, then the bus to Fort Wilderness Settlement.

Both these options do not require the use of an Internal bus. You'll want to leave the Swan around 8:15 to arrive at the Settlement at 9:00 for your 9:30 show.

To get back, there will be a direct bus to the Swan. Just ask a bus driver which one to board.
