Anyone have recommendations (preferably in each park) for TS meals that are good quality but easier to get ADRs?

Crystal Palace in MK, particularly for lunch time. (It is back to a buffet now though).

Disney Springs: Homecomin (try an off time for dinner)
AK: Tusker House
DHS: Sci Fi (again an off time), Mama Melrose’s
EPCOT: Biergarten (buffet), Teppan Edo, Via Napoli used to be but it’s gotten harder with the staff shortage. La Hacienda de San Angel, Spice Road table
MK: Crystal Palace (buffet)
Resorts: Trattoria al Forno (Boardwalk) breakfast with no characters now is super easy. But with characters if you were ok with an earlier time you should be good.

Skipper is easy at MK and has very good food. Liberty Tree is typically easy and we really enjoy it as well.
Mama Melrose has surprisingly good food.
We like San Angel Inn in the Mexico Pavilion. (It gets a bad wrap from folk because it isn't Tex-Mex.) We spoke to the waitress last time and she said, people constantly ask for crispy tacos, burritos and chimichangas. LOL Spice Road is good. Chefs de France is another we have had nothing but good meals at.
Tiffins at AK and TuskerHouse are both very good.

We couldn’t get Skippers for any day of our trip. Liberty Horseshoe was available every meal. We couldn’t get Tiffins either

For resorts: Il Mulino always has availability and is very good and is close enough to HS and Epcot that you can walk (like 10 minutes) or take the boats.

Tusker House at AK is good and usually available.

Epcot: don't be scared of Morocco restaurants(if they are open when you go), both are good imo. We also like La Hacienda de san Angel(the one on the water outside that has fireworks views. Not the indoor temple restaurant)

EPCOT- Spice Table (at some times no ADR is needed).

HS- HBD rest. and lounge; easiest for lunch and early or late dinner. You cannot make ADRs for the lounge.

AK- Frequently, this is an early park for us so we have a late lunch at Sanaa.

MK- Normally, we forego eating in this park and head to a nearby resort: GP @ WL; GF Cafe; Kona @ Poly.

We stay in Bonnet Creek, so I'm having to make our ADRs daily; and I forgot to hover over the keyboard at 5.45-6.00 EDT this morning. The day I'm booking for (mid-Dec) will be an Animal Kingdom day - and I was very pleased and surprised to get Tusker House despite the fact that I was nine hours late in getting to book.

(We'll have breakfast at Sanaa that day, which doesn't take reservations for breakfast.)

Good to know the Sanaa doesn’t take reservations for breakfast. Are there often long waits?

I've never actually had to wait at Sanaa for breakfast - outside places like the DIS boards, nobody seems to know it's there!

So, Savannah view breakfast no ADR required? Wow. You just changed my trip, I think!
