Earning my Ears now, but how do the "dis ranks" work?

At what point does a person's "dis rank" change? What are the requirements? Is it contingent on number of posts? Just wondering how all of this works.

I grew up in Mickey's backyard. Literally I lived in Celebration for about oh.. 4 years or so, but my mother worked for Disney for 10 yrs. I know so much about the park it's unbelievable.

I'm mainly here because my fiance and I have decided to get married at Disney and so I thought I'd see how it went for other Diney brides. So I'm mostly a lurker but in person I'm def a Disney Vet.
