Early PS

My mother and I have an early PS at the Grand Floridian. We have an 8:00 breakfast PS and we will be staying at OKW. Does anyone have any suggestions about when we should leave? What time does disney transportation start going over to the MK? If we go over to MK can we just take the monorail to Grand Floridian?

The monorail usually starts running at 7 am. Other transporation begins 1 hour prior to park opening.

Also, ask at your resort. They usually have a character breakfast bus running.
