Early PS at MK travelling from OKW

We will be staying at OKW for the first time in April and have 8 a.m. Priority Seating at Crystal Palace in MK.

The CM said to make sure I tell Guest Services at OKW so I can ride the character bus since the park doesn't open until 9.

For anyone that has done this in recent months, are the buses only taking you as far at the TTC if you go this early? I was excited we wouldn't have to deal with the car at MK anymore now that we bought into DVC but if this is true, I would think my car would get me there faster instead of waiting for limited bus service early in the morning.

It sounds as though the character bus only goes to TTC. The regular OKW buses do go to the MK bus depot, but they may not run early enough to make an 8am PS.

We stayed at BWV and had priority seating for 8:10 at MK. The bus arrived at BWV at 7:30 and we were at the gate in plenty of time. The busses from OKW also take you straight to the gates at MK, not the the TTC, as one was arriving the same time we did. Be sure you're out there at 7:30 sharp. A CM told me the busses leave the depot at 7:30 for their daily runs, and it would be more like 7:40 before the bus arrived. Thank goodness I didn't listen, or we would have missed the bus!

I also had told the front desk we had the reservation. She made a note of it, so perhaps they notified someone as well.

One thing I can tell you when I had to be at the MK early was that I drove my car over and parked in the MK parking and went to the monorail where they called a monorail special to take me right over to the MK - I was amazed at the service I got and felt so special and happy to be there for sure. So whether you are dropped off at the TTC or choose to drive over, that is what I would do. All you have to do is tell the CMs at the monorail station is your predicament and they will be sure to make sure you get there. Good luck!
