Early Opening time changes

Going the week before Christmas. IF Disney is going to open the Magic Kingdom early, when would they make an announcement. I know what the calendar looks like today.

We would cancel our BoG breakfast if they move the opening from 9:00am to 8 or 7

1. Very little doubt that they will.
2. Figure sometime during the last month before the actual dates in question.
