Early November and ADRs

Was wondering if anyone has any advice over ADRs for November...

I went to WDW last April(Easter week) and the place was quite busy and we had a hard time getting a table at many restaurants(didn't plan any ADRs sadly...).

Plan to go in November and this time plan to book many ADRs when the time to do so opens...

However...will it be easier to get a table without ADRs at this time of the year?

We will be going November 5th through the 12th if that helps. Staying at the Grand Floridan as well!

Appreciate any advice! Really excited!

It will certainly be much less busy than Easter week, so you should have some luck. But it is still during F & W Festival, so Epcot will be busier than normal.
It is my personal belief that if there is any restaurant I really want to eat at, we make an ADR, regardless of the time of year. The in park favorites book solid year round.
Have a Fun Trip.

I have to agree with Hopefully. No matter what time of year you go, or what the crowd levels are like, it can be difficult to get a table at any of the popular restaurants without an ADR. If you want to eat at a particular place, whether it is in a park or at a resort, make an ADR.

Thanks for the advice...I'll be sure to plan out the week with ADRs then.

During Easter Week we were able to walk into a few during Lunch(with a wait of course)...but dinner was a bit more difficult...especially the Epcot restaurants.

We're going during the same time frame and, while crowds will be smaller than Easter, I'd still definitely book some ADRs. That week is "Jersey week" :scared1: as well as both the end of the F&W Festival and start of MVMCP plus Veteran's Day. I'm anticipating more crowds than we're used to (especially if Disney offers free dining) so on May whatever, I'll be booking.

You'll probably still be able to get some walk ups or change the ADRs around a bit but I don't know how much flexibility there will be on the more popular places.

Good luck! :goodvibes

We were there the same time last year and had ADR's for all our table meals. With it being the final week of the Food & Wine Festival, as well as the beginning of MVMCP, and Jersey week, we saw alot of people being turned away from restaurants (especially at EPCOT).

Have a 2 week trip planned (will be there the same time frame) and will be making my ADR's as soon as I get to my 180 day mark. I'd rather know I have reservations at the places I want to dine, versus taking a chance and getting turned away.
