we’re doing the paid 7:45-9 pre park event at MK, will we be able to get there by taking the bus from beach club? What time do they normally start running?

Buses start daily at about 6:30am. Sometimes a little earlier if a park is opening at 7am

You can get there by bus or if it makes you feel better you can easily Uber/taxi

Yup! We've done EMM the last 2 years and both times we stayed at the Beach Club and had no problem getting an early bus to MK and getting to the park before 7:45am.

Piggybacking on this topic, will the Green (Fort Wilderness) and Red (Wilderness Lodge) boats be running early also?

You can boat to the Contemporary and walk, but the boat directly to the MK doesn’t begin operation until about 1/2 hour before park open.

We took the bus from WL for EMM.

I don’t know the launch colors, sorry, but yes. I believe that boat starts running around 7?

It’s probably easiest to take the bus though. There was only one other family on the bus with us when we went that early. I believe we caught the bus around 7-7:10.
