Early morning flight

We have an 8 am flight leaving DW at 8 am thanksgiving morning. Will anything be open food court wise at like 5 am? Guessing we'll have to eat at airport, but hoping we'll be able to use some snack or leftover QS credits

Depends on where you are staying.
If you happen to be at the Grand Floridian, you're in luck - its QS is open 24/7.

If not, then no.
Resort food courts/QS generally open at 6-7 am, well after you've boarded the bus bound for MCO.

What you can do the night before is pick up pastries, fruit, cereal, sandwiches, juice, milk, etc from the food court/QS in your resort using those credits and keep it in your room fridge until morning.

Some of them (like the Polynesian) have the QS open but the grill is closed in the off-hours so you can't get hot food.

We picked up pastries etc. the day before with the snack credits so we didn't have to bother with going to get something the morning our flight left.
