Early morning Epcot Skyliner

Hello!
We’re staying at Caribbean beach and have a 8:15 reservation at trattoria al forno on the boardwalk. My plan was to take the skyliner from Caribbean to Epcot international gateway and then walk to the boardwalk. Epcot is opening that day at 10 am and really I guess 930 with the extra magic hours for on-site guests. Will that route be open that early?

In the past, you've been able to alert the skyliner staff to an ADR and I believe they'd let you on to get to your dining reservation.

You can also take the skyliner to DHS and then walk to BW. It might be a bit farther of a walk, but probably only about 5 minutes or less in difference.

That’s true didn’t think about that option.

I suspect DHS will be opening earlier so the gondolas will be running from the Boardwalk in that direction... This will allow you, by telling the CM you have a dining reservation, to take the Skyliner the other direction.

I think that might be more than a 5 minute walk, probably much closer to 10. Just saying for planning purposes….

Ohhh gotcha. Difference in ride length plus the walk is a total of 5 minutes difference….I see what you meant now. Sorry!

Do you have any follow up on this? We are in a similar situation this coming week, and wondering if you were successful with grabbing the Skyliner early to your res.

You can tell the CM you have a reservation and will be allowed on. The system will be running as others will be going the opposite direction to DHS. We did it several weeks ago.
