Early Morning BWV to Riviera

I’m looking to get from BWV to Riviera pretty early in the morning (7:30-8am) next weekend. I can’t Uber/Lyft for mobility reasons so I need to use Disney transportation. Normally I’d take the Epcot Skyliner right to Riviera, but I’m assuming it won’t be operating yet. What is my best option? Bus and transfer at a park? That sounds like it’ll take forever. Thoughts?

At that hour, you’ll likely need to get an accessible taxi via Mears. The bellmen or valet staff at your resort can help you hail one. Park buses may or may not be running back to resorts that early.
