Early Morning ADR's

I have a couple 8:00am ADR's at MK for 2, however, I just recently added a +1 to my resort reservation, but am having a difficult time adding the +1 to the ADR at this time. I know i have plenty of time to keep checking but was wondering, if in the end we cannot get the +1 added to the ADR in advance, would they still be permitted in the park with us or would they have to wait out of the park until park opening? Do they make sure each person in the party is listed on the ADR or just that we have an ADR for that morning? I never had early ADR's last year and never had to add an additional person, so not sure what the protocol is.
