Early Magic Morning and Magic Morning?

I am not sure what the terms are called but I wanted to know for these early morning entries how do you qualify for them? What is the earliest you can get in line?

Is going to these early things worth it if your trying to meet Anna and Elsa or its not worth it?

If you go on a non magic morning thing what are the chances of meeting them in the morning better or worse or is the evening's better or does it not matter?

Yes going to MM/EMH is worth it. I do not know anything about Anna & Elsa so hopefully others can help there.
