I, too will miss EROS.

I'll miss his flower bouquets for reaching posts milestones.

I'll even miss his pics of "hot chicks".

I didn't agree with him politically, so I just didn't post on those threads.

Wow who would ever have imagined that this thread would “bring out” such celebrities and dignitaries. (calm down RMD I'm not talking about you) I can only hope that I get the same attention when I get the boot. I miss EROS, I didn't often reply to his threads but I did read them, some of the things he said I agreed with, other things I didn't but I always admired the way he stuck to his opinions.

I agree.

I appreciate reading differing opinions, and I learned to laugh at myself at getting worked up over an opinion of someone I didn't even know. Posts like his (except for the bold & large letters) always 'encourage' me to think why I have certain opinions and beliefs.

I don't believe I ever changed my opinion, but I know that I better understood myself and my beliefs because his posts <s>often</s> sometimes made me think.

As Snoopy said, I wish him well.

Hey CRB#33…I edited my post I not bringing Pete into this…some people might think it is true and start something. (we don’t need that) Did you ever hear about the time I posted a news flash that there were riots in Romania due to a shortage of sun eclipse viewers? People actually believed me. I got in trouble for that one. People were calling family in Romania trying to get information.

Btw talking about records did you know that I once had a thread get over 800 replies and over 35,000 views in less than two weeks? It was the great (if I do say so myself) “guess the big announcement” thread. (thanks for the help Pandy Paws)

CC – Yes I remember it well…do you remember the third part of the “Romanian riots” threads? The Dis HQ’s in Fl got raided by the FBI and Pete and all of the mods got arrested. I got a personal email from Pete on that one telling me to cease and desist. (he didn’t think it was very funny)
