From time to time, passholders are allowed early entry usually in the summer. Checking the Passport newsletter online, it says passholders have early entry to IOA starting May 25th and running through September 2.

Last year, they had an AP early admission to Despicable Me for two weeks.

I believe you had to sign up for it and it was just a one time (one per person) thing.

Once your AP is active, you will start receiving the Passport. You should get the one for the fall which will center around HHN. To get early entry, just show your activated AP at the gate and you'll get in IOA early.
