Early Entry with Preferred Annual Pass May 25-27..?

I have a “Preferred Annual Pass”. I am staying at a “partner hotel”. I will be there May 25-26 and 27. The parks open at 8 am . Do I get early entry at 7 am? Am I understating this correctly?

Early admission for May 19-31 is 8 am at Universal.

There is no early admission at IOA during that time. Normal park hours start at 9 for both parks during that time.
