Okay now I am confused - sorry..... We are going in April 2008 - we are staying at Candy Cane Inn and we are buying a Southern California City Pass that includes 3 days park hopper for DL.

Do we get to do EE? How many of the three days can we do EE? (we will be there a Monday - Wednesday). How does DL know if you can do EE if you stay at a Good Neighbor hotel?

Thanks for any help with my confusion.

Yes, you will have one day of EE. You can use it on either Monday or Tuesday when you are there. The 3-day hopper that you have as part of your CityPass will have the EE info encoded into the barcode, so they will know that you have one day of EE and will mark it off once you have used it.

What time is the EE?? And is there a lot of people who do this?? And are alot of the rides open at that time??

EE is always one hour prior to official park opening time. Guests at the three DLR property hotels are allowed EE each day it is offered, and one EE is on every parkhopper over 3 days in length. Getawaytoday is now offering 2 EE days on their parkhoppers. So yes, quite a few people attend EE.

Most of the Fantasyland rides are open and Buzz, Space, Astro Orbiter and Nemo are open for EE.

DangerMouse, how long are those Getaway EE (2 days EE) specials good thru? (i know you were answering the other poster, but was curious.)

& Cindy, Follow DangerMouse & HydroGuy's advice & know that their info is DLR gospel.

3 day DLR pass staying at the Candy Cane gets you ONE day EE. You should use it Monday for 2 or more reasons:

- If it is your first day in SoCal, you'll be up early anyway (time change).
- If there is a day to "sleep in" it would be Tuesday (after a full day on Monday). We never sleep in, but i know some do. :rolleyes1
- If you blow it (oversleep) on Monday, you'll still have EE on Tuesday. :woohoo: ....but do it on Monday.

Be at the DL gate 30 minutes before EE rope drop. You only have one day for EE, do it right.

Here is an example of our first EE experience after getting advice from the knowledgable Disers:

Have fun! :thumbsup2
