Early Entry DHS: Railway or Slinky? Plus LL question.

My normal strategy is to arrive for the beginning of Early Entry and beeline to Slinky first and then Tower or RNRC.

With Railway now a part of Standard LLs is it better to do Railway first in place of Slinky and just go for the Slinky LL, or stay with Slinky first and LL Railway?

In case you missed it, ToT is running at reduced capacity and lines are much longer than normal.

In my own case (headed to WDW in 2 weeks) I am thinking about doing ToT first during EE because of the above. Then RnR because it is right there. We are not doing SDD so that takes some pressure off LL reservations. I have not yet decided whether to go for my first LL as MMRR or MFSR. But I think MFSR as DW has never been to Galaxy's Edge before. Neither of us have done MMRR for that matter but we may just do that standby after ToT/RnR.
