Early Entry DAys?

I understand that a multi-day pass includes an early entry days, but what days are these?? I know it's not every day... Thanks.

early entery is avialable one day per hopper plus pass and is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. It is one hour before park opening. Most of Fantasyland and Space Mnt & Buzz are open.
