Hello all!

I know that with a dining reservation and a standard park ticket, folks are allowed to go into the park early to dine!

My question: We have tickets to an evening of MNSSHP, and have 4PM dinner reservations at BOG that day. I know typically they start letting MNSSHP guests in around 4PM, but if we have a dining rez, will they let us in just a touch early to get to BOG on time without having to use a park ticket that day? Thanks!

You can try, but I wouldn't count on it.

I have been there at "rope drop" and did not see anyone getting in before 4. I think your best bet is to try and move your reservation to 4:15. I know it's not easy with BOG. Also, there will be lots of other people wanting to get in right at 4.

I keep track of these things, and on some dates they HAVE started letting Party guests into MK at 3:45PM.

You just won't know unless you arrive early and see.

We were let in at 345pm last October, and had our first ride finished before 4 pm.

"Very rare"
for 3:45 entry due to the timing of the wristband CM shift start times and their pre-job meeting. The computer changeover usually doesn't "normally" occur until 3:55 BUT can occur earlier depending on the length of the lines and if enough CM's are in place for wristband distribution.

We've been 10-15 minutes late to an ADR and never had a problem. With BOG's popularity you never know though.

I was needing to know about how strict they are about adr times for a different restaurant and read on these boards that there is supposedly a 20 minute window for being late, so even if you don't get it early, it may not be an issue. As always, ymmv on that.

:thumbsup2 Last December we were able to enter with our MVMCP tickets at 3:45. We arrived a little early because we had a 4:00 ADR at Liberty Tree Tavern and we had park hoppers so we figured we'd give ourselves a little extra time to walk to the restaurant. We found that the CMs were scanning bands/cards for the party.
