Does anyone know if I can get an early check in if no one is staying in my room the night before? If not can I still park and come bk after 3 to check in?

In our experience, if your room is ready they will let you check in early. If it's not ready they will give you a parking pass and also store your luggage if you need them to. Also, I believe check in time is 4:00 there.... :goodvibes

You might call them the day before and let them know you want to check in early. This could help them changeover a room for you faster.

Yes, you can check in early if a room is available. I did so earlier this week.

If the room isn't available, then like the PP said, you can get a parking pass and they will hold your bags.

The earliest I checked in was on our last stay and that was 11:30am and our room was ready so we were allowed in. I wasn't expecting the room to be ready that early, I just wanted to get my parking permit and head to the parks so it was a nice surprise. If the room is ready, they'll let you in, if not you can still pre-check in, stow your luggage and get a parking permit if you need one. They will tell you to come back after 4 but I've stayed at Hojo's 6 times in the last year and only once did we actually have to wait till after 4pm.

You can go through the checkin process probably whenever you want to. You just might not have an actual room.

Not HoJo, but an example...we once checked into PPH at around 6am. Didn't get a room until 5 (special circumstance caused the delay), but once the room was available, we already had our keycard and went straight to the room.

I'm sure it's just about the same for HoJo...

I highly recommend letting them keep your bags for you, if you don't get the room. Much safer to be in their locked luggage room rather than sitting in your car. :)

Just as the PP's stated, if the room is ready you can check in and go to your room when you get there. I was able to check in, I'm guessing around 8a, and go straight to our room last September which was awesome. But we weren't quite as lucky on our trip the previous March but at least they will stow your luggage and give you your parking pass and all that jazz when you arrive.

The earliest we checked in to the HoJo was around 9 am. We did a split stay and the second half was at the Hojo, we checked out of the other hotel after getting ready to go and went straight to the HoJo, our room was not ready but they gave us a parking pass and offered to hold our luggage, they even told us which building we would be in so we could park close to our room but they did NOT give us a key. They asked us to come back to get our key around 3 so we parked and headed to the parks until about 3:30 when we went back to our room. :)

We always seem to check in early at the HoJo - but have never been lucky enough for our room to be ready when we do. Our room is usually ready around 4 ish. I think the earliest our room was ready has been about 2:30.

We've checked in early and gotten our room early at other hotels, so we think we just haven't had the luck of the draw at HoJo. :confused3

You can also swim if you want when you check in early. They have some nice big restrooms across from the luggage storage area that you could change in, if you weren't heading right to the parks. And they store the luggage in a locked room and encourage you to use it, not leave it in your car.
