Early cheack in for breakfast ADR?

Ey can anyone tell me if I book an ADR for breakfast in the MK on the day of check in, will I be able to check in earlier enough to get to my ADR?

I had a similar question and read that you just need to go to the resort prior to your reservation to check in and activate your dining plan and magic bands. They may not be able to give you a room at that time, but can get you setup for your dining.
