Early breakfast in DTD?

When we go mid-week in the off season, it looks like the parks will open at 10:00 and we will have EE (staying on-site) at 9:00. Are places like Earl of Sandwich or La Brea open for breakfast by 7:30? On the websites, it says that they open at 8:00, which I don't think will give us enough time if we want to be through security and at the gates at 8:45 for 9:00 EE.

Can anyone confirm what time they open in the morning? Is it really 8:00? Hoping it is earlier! Thanks!

They really don't open until 8 even on days with 7 AM early entry.

Some of the places don't even open at their advertised times during the off season, as well. We found that out the hard way one year.

Depending on when you are going, Starbucks might be open by then. I find it hard to imagine that they wouldn't be open before 8. I'm sure they will have breakfast wraps/sandwiches.
