Early boats from DTD to POR?

Hi,

We're considering having breakfast at Boatwright's in POR on one of our non-park days...can anyone tell me if we can park at DTD, take the boat to POR to eat, and then take the boat back to DTD for some shopping? We wouldn't be eating before 9:00am. We will not be staying onsite...will this be a problem? We could always drive directly to POR, but thought the boat might be fun.

I just checked our PO info and this is what it says.

Boat service departs from POFQand Riverside daily 11am-11pm weather permitting. Boats runing any earlier only go between POR and POFQ 9-11.

So unless your eating a very late breakfast you will have to drive to POR to eat at POR. Maybe consider lunch or dinner if you would like to enjoy the boat ride, it is a very enjoyable.

Thank you for the quick response, Bev! I really appreciate the info...

Maybe we'll try parking at POR, eating, and then taking the boat from there to DTD and back...guess I'll have to find out if POR would have issues with us parking there for an extended period.
