When we go to DL it will be roughly a month before my Birthday, but as my birthday in is December it is difficult for me to go to any Disney park on my Birthday so what I wanted to know is can I get a badge etc and celebrate, even though it will be a month before my birthday, or is it really naughty and un-Disneylike?

I would I mean why not..its worth celebrating while your there and they aren't going to be like, "Is it really your birthday..oh a month a way? Well tobad wait then" that'd be undisneylike but I would think it would be fine :) Happy super early b-day!! :goodvibes lol haa

Go for it! My friend and I both had our birthdays earlier in the year but couldn't go on vacation because of college and work. This is the only time, May, we get to go. So in a way, this upcoming trip we are taking is for our b-day's.

The three of us (my 2 DD and I) all went on "birthday" trips, none were on our actually birthday. My oldest went about 10 days before her birthday, my youngest about 2 weeks after and I went it was 1 month exactly before my birthday.

We had our first trip to Disneyland scheduled for last month, and had plans to spend my younger son's 2nd birthday evening at Goofy's Kitchen. The plans fell through when DH wound up in the hospital and we had to cancel our trip.

We are now rescheduled to go in late September, which is sandwiched within weeks of all of our other family celebrations: My older son's birthday, DH's birthday, our wedding anniversary, and my birthday.

I've decided to pick a day early in our stay to celebrate my younger son's birthday with a breakfast with Minnie & Friends (he loves Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, etc., so we're hoping to see them) and he'll wear a birthday sticker. Then we'll pick another day to celebrate my older son's 6th birthday, with a birthday sticker and probably dinner at Goofy's Kitchen. That way the boys will get some attention and excitement for their special days. I can't wait! :goodvibes

So sorry to hear about your trip being cancelled, I hope your Husband gets better soon (or is better now).

I think your idea is great to give each boy their own special day to celebrate and get lots of attention and good wishes!

Enjoy yourself! :cheer2:
