Hi! We have a super early flight in September and arrive in MCO at 8:10am. We were discussing transportation options for 5 adults and 2 toddlers.
Does anyone have experience using a shared service like Mears or Sunshine Flyer that early in the morning? I’m worried they might make us wait some time until more flights get in before we can leave.

This is a popular arrival time and departure time so my experience is you'll be just fine. The buses will also need to get back to the resorts to pick up guests heading to the airport so my experience is they won't be hanging around waiting at that time of the morning. The longer waits can sometimes happen for flights arriving 11PM or later.

FWIW, we landed at 7:40 am on 6/13. With restroom break and baggage claim, we were at Mears pick-up point by 8:15. We waited less than 5 minutes to board the bus. I think there we 5 other parties on the bus with us. e were at our resort, AOA before 9.

We have stepped away from WDW since COVID. I see there's "no more Magical Express". When flying in how do you catch this bus? What are the costs?
