Early Arrival at Port?

Around 11:15-11:30 actual boarding begins with the announcement for Concierge and Platinum Castaway Club members. Then they start announcing boarding numbers.

Seems like I just discovered another plus for us (finally) being platinum next year -- we would be second to board? Do we get special boarding numbers because we are platinum? And does this work the same way if we are sailing out of Barcelona and not PC?

We got boarding number 1 on our Platinum cruise. Didn't have to select a Port Arrival Time during online checkin.
Concierge was called first, then number 1. Can't say for sure it works the same way in Barcelona, but the various ports we've boarded at seemed to all work the same.

Yep, can't wait. Cruising next month and it will be my 10th. Got my 10:30 pat for the last time. After that cruise we'll be Platinum, no more pat for me!
