Early ADR Planners (not so) Anonymous

Not at all - I always do this!! I wrote our itinerary for this Augusts trip last April!!! Gives you plenty of time to make adjustments :rotfl:

Planning is nearly as fun as actually being there!!!
I totally agree!

If you consider the fact I get pleasure every day for like 400 days in advance planning, and pleasure for 14 days of being there, then maybe the planning actually gives me more fun?!

Oooooh I love planning!

We're going sometime 2011 - and I am defo giving thought to where I'd like to visit! :woohoo:

Its too fun to think about it - so not thinking about it just because its too late - well is silly! :lmao:

My list so far:

California Grill
Raglan Road
Crystal Palace Breakfast
Beaches and Cream
Tony's Town Square

Gemma - where is the fountain? DTD? We loved beaches and cream so will definitely take a visit there, but probably not on DDP credit, more of just a quick bite for me and a HUGE sundae for Jack.

A lot of you have Raglan Road, the food looks pretty good but I try and avoid UK/Ireland whilst over there - is that wierd?

I can't decide V&As or Citrico's. It'll be the day after our wedding, so it's like we will have eaten LOADS that day before (have a $4k food and beverage minimum for 20ish people!) so I'm not sure how much we'll need a sit down meal. But I feel like because we'll be staying in the GF Main Building it'd be super cool to eat in there too!!

I'm just really really excited at the prospect of coming out of our room and being right at that gorgeous lobby so I want to make lots of use of that!

I think I need to compare menus.

The fountain is at the dolphin, it's a 50s diner. I think were going to stick to mostly boardwalk restaurants the first week as that's where we are staying and we can walk to them all.

Like you torsie u wouldn't eat at an English/Irish themed place - I like to try new things, and not be reminded of home!!

Amy - I think you can be president of the club! :rotfl:

:rotfl: Why thank you!!:goodvibes

Sounds like some lovely ADR choices, you're all making me quite jealous. ;) With two little ones in tow our ADR's are more about distraction tactics so we can make it through dinner, rather than fine dining!!!:lmao:

So, as we have 7 nights on the DDP we are opting for.....

Chef Mickeys (breakfast this time as we didn't enjoy dinner last year)
Crystal Palace breakfast (a must every trip for their french toast!!)
Le Cellier (our one attempt at a 'nice' meal & to try the Cheese soup!!!)
O'Hanas Dinner (I really must try that dessert after seeing Wayne's pictures!)
Whispering Canyon Cafe dinner (to try the skillet and see what the servers get up to!)
Beaches n Cream (again mainly to try the desserts!!)
and undecided on the last TS, but possibly Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner as I think they are the closest we will get to a Christmas dinner in WDW.:santa:

As for CS - the only one that I am really excited about is Wolfgang Puck Express (which is another new one for us)

After we finish the DDP we will also try T-Rex for the first time and visit our regular offsite 'haunts' such as The Outback and Red Lobster - yum, yum:cloud9:. Oh and after all the rave reviews we will try to venture out to Manny's this trip as well!!:thumbsup2

i too fess up to being an adr junkie, i hang out loads on the restaurant boards, as i have just started weightwatchers, food porn keeps me sane, lol!!
