Early admission days

Does anyone know if the cast members check resort ID's for early admission days? We're going this weekend with my inlaws, they're staying onsite and we're not (there are NO rooms available onsite at all). We'd like to be able to do the early admission days with them, if possible. We'll be parking our car in the parking lot of the resort that they're staying in and using the transportation from there.

I'm guessing you may get some ugly replies to this, just to prepare you. They do check resort ids, and are very strict regarding who gets in. They will not let anyone in without a resort id. I'm sorry you couldn't get in on site, but I'm guessing you won't have any trouble with crowds this time of year regardless.

Thanks Aurora-this is the first time we've stayed offsite in years but we usually don't do EE days, so I couldn't remember if they checked or not. I'm afraid the crowds are going to be pretty big if we can't even get a room at rack rates

Yikes, I wonder why the resorts are filled! I'm going this time of the year to avoid crowds, afterall...
