Early 2012 Planners - anyone else?!

I subscribed to your PTR! I started one as well. I'll post the link up soon Can't wait to hear all about your trip planning!

Did you enjoy Disneyland? I'm sure it is MUCH different. DH works for Disney and hears people say that WDW is MUCH bigger than DL. No need to worry though, I started my daily workouts soon enough, back to 115 lbs? Pshhh! Hopefully!

I really liked Disneyland! I thought some things in DL were better (the fireworks, Space Mountain, Small World to name a few) and I liked that park hopping was so easy! But I never felt like I was immersed in Disney. You get a different feeling when you're in WDW. You'll have to let me know what you think when you go!

They lined me up for the row and when I got in, I realized I was the only person in the car. I would've been ticked if I had seen that after waiting in that long line!

I just got the green light to start planning our 2012 trip!! We originally were going to do a first or second week in Dec. trip because my parents have never done DW at christmas. Then i just realized-wait a minute-the end of november 2012 is my 30th bday!! i freaked out in excitement and everyone agreed to move the trip up to Nov. 26-Dec.6
so we (well I!) get the best of both worlds-a bday celebration and DW all dressed up for the holidays!
We have never gone at this time before-dh and i did Dec. 29-Jan 2 once and experienced the crowds so we are hoping that the earlier date isnt like that?! can you awesome planners fill me in on late nov/early dec happenings? decor? crowds? weather? anything?!! i am so excited!!

Here's a link to my post trip report from last Dec. We were there from the 9th-15th. By the 3rd day FLA was going through it's worst cold streak in 20yrs. But don't let that detract you. I've been to WDW at New Year's and had been sweating. Just goes to show how many New England transplants there are in Central Florida. They even brought the weather with them.
