Earliest you can pick up your golf cart?

We will be arriving by magical express around 10:30 on Monday, Feb 3. What are the chances they will have a Cabin ready for us and that we can pick up our reserved golf cart. We would like to get settled before heading to Epcot for the day.

The official time for the golf cart pickup is 1:00pm.
I've arrived as early as 10:00am and was able to get our cart. The last time I went was 12-8-19 and we arrived at 10:45. The cart was not ready at that time and they didn't start handing them out until 1:00. I guess the point is it's hit or miss so always give it a try. Ask the desk when you check in and they might be able to help you out.

As a PP said official time is 1p. But others have reported if they have any available and ready they will give them out early.
