Earliest transportation from All Stars to Trails End?

We're looking to figure out the earliest/best way to get to Fort Wilderness' Trails End restaurant for breakfast. If MK opens at 9am, I'd think the earliest bus from AS could be around 7:30, arriving at MK around 7:50-8am. You'd then have to take a Ft. Wilderness boat across Bay. Do these boats run that early back from MK? Restaurant opens at 7:30 am. I'd think the earliest you'd want to make a reservation is like 8:15? Alternative would be rideshare.

It sort of seems like the restaurant is near/walking distance from the water port? Could be totally wrong it's been several years. Would you then have to take a connecting bus to the main bus stop at Ft. Wilderness, and then you could get a direct bus from there to TL or BB?

if you would do a rideshare allow for internal bus to other end of campground from where rideshare would leave you off. no carparking/stopping at Trails End area of campground

Thanks, that part make sense. So not entirely more convenient to Uber vs. Disney transport to the restaurant, since you still need the connecting bus after Uber drop off, vs. with the Disney transport you'd need the boat to Fort W. after MK bus drop off.

I think a secondary objective, as you may have guessed from above, is to get to BB or TL at or not that much later than 10 am opening. Since we're probably only staying at water park for 3 or so hours, changing, then going to our park.

yes, thanks. I figured it would be a bus from restaurant to the main bus depot for the next bus. Which will take time. This is typically why we don't visit FW that much anymore. We used to at least do it on a night, for the sing a long, or just wander the stores and reminisce on the camping days of my youth. But it takes longer.

In your case, especially if I had an ADR as a deadline, I would probably take rideshare to the Fort and then the internal bus to Trails End. The other way, you'd have an uncertain wait for the bus from All Stars to MK and then another uncertain wait for the boat to the Fort. If you rideshare to the Fort, that's a bit more predictable and under your control, then you've only the uncertain wait for and ride on the internal bus.

Thanks Carolyn. I also wasn't sure how early the boat to and from FW to MK run. I guess we can give ourselves like 30 min allotment for the internal bus and usually they let you arrive a bit early.

I agree with PP in your case rideshare and internal bus would most times be the fastest. and in your case you can take the first internal bus no matter the color as they all go where you are wanting to go. all will make their usual stops in the campground on their way back to Trails End area
